Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Final sale or discounted items

Used or damaged items (not due to shipping issues)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care and hygiene products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us before making a return request.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original product and use the refunded amount (either as a direct refund to your payment method or as a store gift card) to purchase a new item.

If the product was defective and returned within our policy guidelines, you may use your refund to purchase any other product of your choice.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

We currently only ship within the United States. This section does not apply to our store.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to receive your refund as a store gift card for future purchases.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
